The Maryland DEN LC has partnered with the Mobile Learning Institute at the Smithsonian to sponsor an exciting day of sharing and exploring the Smithsonian museums in a new way.

Join us as we discovery ways to use Mobile Learning as a part of the awesome experiences and resources that are uniquely Smithsonian.

A day filled with creating and sharing is planned, along with a continental breakfast and lunch.

So join us on the beautiful Mall in Washington DC for another great day with the DEN

What is World Book Night?

World Book Night is an annual celebration designed to spread a love of reading and books. To be held in the U.S. as well as the U.K. and Ireland on April 23, 2012. It will see tens of thousands of people go out into their communities to spread the joy and love of reading by giving out free World Book Night paperbacks.

We occasionally fight but we never use guns, yet still they call our group a mob. And even though I'm usually only 4 feet 11 inches high, people still consider me the biggest. What kind of beast am I?
